How does USCIS case tracking work?
Enter your USCIS receipt number (for example IOE, EAC, WAC or MSC followed by ten digits) and MyCheck checks your case with USCIS's official case status service. When the status changes, you get a notification in MyCheck, and an email if you turn that on.
How many cases can I track?
One at a time on the free plan, which covers most people through a single filing. Premium tracks every case, which helps if you have several forms in progress or follow a family member's case too.
What processing time information does MyCheck show?
Premium shows the processing times USCIS publishes for your form and office, so you can see roughly where you are. These are USCIS's own figures, not a prediction about your case.
What are Roadmaps?
A plan that goes past the form in front of you. Tell MyCheck where you want to end up, such as a work permit, a green card or citizenship, and it lays out the steps in order. Roadmaps are part of Premium.
