Need a hand with MyCheck?
Write to us and a person reads it. Most questions are answered faster by the links below, so it is worth a look first.
What to tell us
So we can help on the first reply, include:
- the email address on your MyCheck account;
- whether you are on iPhone, Android or the web;
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Please do not send passwords. We will never ask for one.
Billing and subscriptions
See your plan, change it, or cancel. If you subscribed on iPhone or Android, the subscription is managed by Apple or Google and cancelling has to happen there.
Manage your subscription →Signing in
Reset your password from the sign-in screen. One MyCheck account works on iPhone, Android and the web — you do not need a separate one for each.
Open the web app →Connected AI apps
If you connected MyCheck to Claude or ChatGPT, every app you connected is listed in Settings, with what it is allowed to do. You can disconnect any of them at any time, and changing your password disconnects them all.
Open Settings →Deleting your account
You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings. Deleting also cancels an active subscription bought on the web.
Open Settings →Your data and privacy
What we store, what we never store, and who it is shared with — including what a connected AI app can and cannot see.
Read the privacy policy →Questions about the product
Checklists, reminders, sharing with MyCheck Together, what Premium includes, and how case tracking works.
Read the FAQ →One thing we cannot help with
MyCheck is an informational tool and does not provide legal advice. We can help with your account, your checklists and how case tracking works — but not with what to do about your case. For that, speak to an immigration attorney or an accredited representative.
Case statuses come from USCIS. When a status changes there, MyCheck shows the change — it does not decide it and cannot alter it.
MyCheck is operated by SFDIFY LLC. See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
