“Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received”: what it means
Your RFE response arrived and the case is back in review.
What this status means
USCIS has logged the documents you sent in answer to its request for evidence. The case goes back to an officer.
It confirms delivery only. It does not mean the response was enough.
What usually happens next
- USCIS reviews the new evidence. The case may be approved, scheduled for an interview, or, less often, receive another request or a denial.
What to do now
- Keep a full copy of what you sent and your proof of delivery.
- Nothing else is needed unless USCIS contacts you again.
